  1. Do you have appointment times?
    • Our on-site necropsies are performed before and after your appointment schedule (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) so not to disturb your team.
    • We do necropsies on the weekends too!
  2. How do we pay our invoice?
    • You will now have the capabilities to pay by credit card (3% service fee added), direct deposit, and check.
  3. What does the hospital need to provide?
    • A room to perform the post-mortem examinations.
    • Maybe a few towels.
    • We bring everything else!
  4. Are you COVID-19 aware?
    • Yes! We bring our own PPE and are fully vaccinated and boostered.
  5. What does “on-site” necropsies service mean?
    • Means we come to your hospital!
    • Means no transporting pet remains or losing remains in the mail.
    • Pet remains stay at your hospital.
  6. When can we expect a pathology report?
    • Non-forensic report turnaround time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
    • Forensic report turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks.
  7. How do we store the body until you arrive?
    • Please keep the body in the refrigerator and not the freezer.
  8. Can I perform the necropsy and send tissue samples for analysis?
    • Yes you can! Contact me for costs and details.
  9. Do you do biopsy consultation too?
    • Yes we do! Contact me for costs and details.
