All prices above include:
- Forensic necropsies include: gross necropsy examination (on-site), macroscopic pictures, histology slide processing fees for up to 10 tissues/slides (includes shipping), interpretation, $300.00/hour report writing.
- Forensic necropsy prices listed above do not include ancillary fees that may be associated with forensic cases, which can include, but are not limited to, court appearances, travel, food and lodging charges associated with court appearances. These ancillary fees will be charged at a $300.00/hour.
- Report writing time for forensic cases can range from 2-20 hours, at the discretion of Ledgerock Veterinary Pathology and Dr. Watson.
All prices above DO NOT include:
- Rush/stat priority processing and expedited shipping.
- More than 10 tissues/slides for histology.
- Additional diagnostics such as bacterial/fungal culture, PCR, special stains, IHC, PARR, and toxicology.
- Travel over 30 miles incurs a fee of $35.00/hour.
